Exciting and exotic Flemish and Spanish polyphony by Lassus, de Wert and Sweelinck, drawn from texts by pagan sibyls and Jewish prophets foretelling the birth of Christ, complimented by the beautiful soundscape of Lobo’s Lamentations and Victoria’s euphoric Regina Caeli.
